In consideration of the school complying with its obligation, the school agrees to:
- ensure that all teachers, volunteers and other members involved in the running of the program at the school comply with the terms of the Partner Agreement;
- include tennis in the Health and Physical Education Curriculum for a minimum of four weeks each year. This can be achieved through use of a school teacher or an external coach (the cost of which is to be borne by the school);
- maintain its partnership with the Program Partner and if requested, allow the Program Partner to organise and run tennis lessons at the school;
- arrange for the primary contact (PE teacher/sports coordinator) to participate in the free professional learning run by Tennis Australia (TA) each year (either face to face workshop or online tutorial);
- form a student committee who will be responsible for ensuring that tennis equipment is available to students at lunch times at least twice a week, one term per year;
- organise and run at least one intra school tennis competition per year at the school
- comply with the terms and conditions of the Australian Sports Commission’s Sporting Schools program (if applicable);
- comply with any program guidelines and policies provided to the school by TA from time to time;
- ensure that all teachers, volunteers and other members involved in the running of the program at the school obtain current Working with Children Checks (evidence of checks must be provided to TA upon request);
- comply with all reasonable directions issued by TA in connection with the program;
- participate in all meetings and briefings reasonably required by TA;
- provide TA with information relating to the program including student participation numbers when requested by TA.
