Tennis is a game for everyone
We believe that tennis is a vehicle for inclusion both on and off the court. At Tennis, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment where all colleagues are able to bring their authentic selves to work every day. We respect and value differences, as the collaboration of different backgrounds and different perspectives can spark meaningful conversations where innovation, creativity and inspiration thrive.

Our stories
Meet Jonathan and his Australian Open retail team, they’re a diverse bunch and believe that’s what makes them a great team!
Whether you’re a player, a fan, or a member of our Tennis team, we want Tennis to be welcoming and accessible for all. Tiana shares her experience as someone with a hidden disability.
With a passion for sport, diversity, and inclusion Irena is having a huge impact on how people experience tennis. “As a deaf woman and a gay woman, I’m able to help Tennis understand and grow in these aspects and it has been an amazing journey.”
Through our partnership with Anglicare Victoria we were lucky to have Tahlia join our Australian Open Customer Experience team. Anglicare Victoria does amazing work to support young Indigenous people through its Buldau Yioohgen “Big Dreams” program, aimed at building confidence through connection to culture, and providing support and opportunities for employment.
