The Walking Clinic Green Ball League is an introduction to the junior inter-club competition pathway in Canberra. The league is designed for green ball players who are ready to start their competitive journey and want to have regular match play.

Participants will represent their club in 3 player mixed teams in a fun and competitive environment. Competition supervisors will be at the venues for each round. They will ensure that everything runs smoothly, and everyone has an enjoyable experience.

The Walking Clinic Green Ball Season DATES

PLAYER INFORMATION

Eligibility: Players 12&U with a UTR under 2.50 or a Green 1 or 2 colour ball rating

Season Length: Green ball seasons run for 8 rounds

Times: 3 Timeslots (8:30, 10:30 & 12:30)
Time slots may vary each week, and will be published online
90 minute timed format (25 minutes each match)

Age: Maximum age of 12 as at final day of competition.

Teams: 3 Player unisex teams – Each player shall play 1 singles match and 2 doubles matches

Players will need to ensure that they are members of an affiliated Tennis ACT club to participate in green ball league. To find your nearest club click HERE. Players will also need a competitive player profile (CPP) to participate. To set up a CPP please follow the link HERE.

If players wish to be reserves for this league, they need to create a CPP and then let your club coach know.

Washouts: The venue supervisor will let you know via text message if your match has been washed out the morning of your scheduled match. Please make sure that your email and phone number are on your profile.
