Coaching position: Assistant Coach at Price Tennis Academy
Location: Kaleen Tennis Club, Canberra A.C.T.
Qualification: Club Professional preferred although an experienced Junior Development coach will be considered.
Commencement date: 4 February 2013
Overview: Price Tennis Academy is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and professional coach to take up 20 hours of coaching that is available during weekday afternoons/evenings and Saturday Mornings. A majority of the coaching hours will be with Hot Shots level Juniors (red, orange and green court) while Mpower Minis, adult groups and Cardio tennis sessions will also be included in the makeup of weekly hours. Wages will be paid on a per hour basis and depending on the skills and experience of the successful applicant, they will receive between $25 and $40 per hour. Private lesson hours will be added if required and if the applicant is sufficiently experienced and qualified they will be given the opportunity to build their own list of “Private Clients” at a rate of $65 per hour.
For those experienced in stringing racquets, the opportunity can also be taken to restring any racquets that come into the business while keeping all labour and string profits.
