Queanbeyan Park Tennis Club is providing free tennis at the courts at Campbell Street in Queanbeyan. With the excitement of the Australian Tennis Open, Queanbeyan Park Tennis Club are encouraging people of any and all tennis abilities to come down to the courts any time during 2pm to 6 pm on Saturday 18 Jan and 9 am to 6 pm on Sunday 19 Jan 14. There will be Club members there to either play with people or to talk to them about our Club.
Queanbeyan Park Tennis Club is one of the oldest sporting clubs in the Queanbeyan region.
How to find us:
The main court complex and club house are located at:
100 Campbell Street Queanbeyan, and includes 6 synthetic grass courts for hire.
The playing surface has been recently renewed in 2011.
A further 3 synthetic grass courts and facilities are located at Wanniassa Street Queanbeyan,
opposite McDonalds, and are also available for hire.
We have available:
Memberships – become a member. Queanbeyan Park Tennis Club members have free use of the tennis courts.
There are family, single member and pensioner memberships available.
Court Hire – how to book a court. The Queanbeyan Bowling Club manages our court hire bookings and holds the access keys. To make a booking contact the Bowling Club on 6297 6022 or go into the Bowling Club. Members of the public are welcome to hire our courts.
Competitions – the clubs General Committee runs several competitions and social tennis nights.

Bronwyn runs the Hot Shots Program on Saturday mornings from 8.30 to 11.00 am at the Waniassa Street (opposite McDonald’s restaurant).
Social Tennis – the club provides social tennis on Sunday mornings from 9am to midday, members and non-members are welcome to play, just turn up, no need to notify beforehand.
