The Pines Tennis Club and Canberra School of Tennis will proudly host Tennis Carnivale on February 13. The event will raise awareness and money for Ronald McDonald House Canberra as well as offering the community the chance to get out on court.
The community will be able to try out Tennis Australia’s ANZ Tennis Hot Shots, along with Cardio Tennis. There will be a speed serving competition, a BBQ, DJ, a jumping castle, and an appearance from Ronald McDonald and friends.
The day will also feature a world record attempt, as Canberra School of Tennis coaches, Robert Jamieson and Nick Francis will attempt to face the most amount of FAST4 opponents in 24 hours. The coaches will play their first match at 4pm on Friday 12 February and play through until 4pm on Saturday February 13. Each match is by donation (suggested $20) and for 1 hour.
Discounts will also be available on memberships and coaching programs.
