16-year-old National Academy scholarship holder Kaitlin Staines led the way in June, with a fantastic two weeks of tournaments in Fiji.
Staines was undefeated over a course 18 matches in a row, winning both the singles and doubles titles consecutively.
As a result of her great results in Fiji, Staines is now ranked 170 in the world junior rankings.
To gain a place in the main draw of the French Open and Wimbledon junior events in 2017, Staines is now on a mission to get her ranking inside the top 100 for the Australian Open juniors and inside the top 60 in the world.
