Tennis Australia has partnered with several hardware suppliers to offer automated gate access and lighting solutions that integrate with the ClubSpark software for court bookings. These are:

• Venue Automation System, formerly known as Book a Court, supplied by Complete Security Solutions
• Igloohome Padlock, supplied by IOT locks
• BCS Lighting, supplied by Barclay Consulting Services

In addition to the benefits provided by the ClubSpark software, the above hardware solutions make it easier for players to access the courts and/or activate court lighting for bookings made online. Whilst improving the booking process, other benefits include:

• Reduced administration impact to club volunteers,
• Improved venue sustainability
• Increased revenue and secure payment method
• Attract more players to play
• Greater security for players

Each solution varies in features and we suggest understanding your venues court hire requirements, court utilisation and opportunities, as well as financial commitment to assist with making a decision on which solution is more suitable to your venue.

Additionally, you could be eligible for the National Court Rebate to financially support your implementation of either the Venue Automation System or the BCS Lighting system, please contact your Member Association Places to Play representative for further information.
