How to build a successful committee
To help you maintain a successful committee we suggest you implement the following:
- Clearly outline: Goals (Short and long term), responsibilities (for the group and individuals), structure (break down within the group)
- A well informed leader to drive and direct the group
- Dedicated members: All areas of the club need to be represented (age and gender)
