Description

A taster into the world of Tennis coaching and the opportunity it offers, this course features Hot Shots Tennis (junior program) activities and the basics of contemporary coaching methods.

This course is suitable for people of all backgrounds and abilities looking to gain some knowledge and ideas about tennis coaching.

This course is designed to train coaches to develop the skills of junior Tennis players, giving you the confidence to deliver a Hot Shots Tennis lesson under the guidance of a head coach.

This course is suitable for people of all backgrounds and abilities seeking to start tennis coaching.

This qualification focuses on planning, delivering and reflecting on coaching sessions and creating positive learning environments for children and can include the Certificate III in Sport Coaching (SIS30521).

This course is suitable for people of all backgrounds and abilities who are seeking a career in Tennis coaching.

Subsidy of $800 is available to participants who reside in regional areas and meet the subsidy criteria. Participants are eligible to apply if they reside more than 200kms from the course venue.

President’s Women In Tennis scholarships (full course fee) are offered to women participants in Trainee Coaching Courses
President’s Women In Tennis scholarships (50% of total course fee) for women participants in the Development Coaching Course (Level 1). These scholarships are criteria based.
