Policies
A number of updated policies will take effect from July 1, 2017. Be sure to familiarise yourself with the relevant information.

Memberships
- Membership years run from July 1, through June 30 the following year.
- Memberships must be renewed, and paid in full before September 30th of the relevant membership year.
- New members may be subject to a one off joining fee of $50.
- New members signing up later in the membership year will be charged a quarterly pro rata rate (12-9 months, 9-6 months etc.)
- Concession members must provide evidence of a valid concession card.
- Junior members must be aged 18 and under for the entirety of the membership year.
- Hotshots members must be aged 10 and under for the entirety of the membership year.
Competition
- Competition must be paid up front, and in advance for that season/roster.
- Refunds will not be issued without provision of a valid medical certificate.
Coaching
- Coaching services must be paid up front, and in advance for that term.
- Refunds & Catch-up lessons will not be issued for missed coaching unless a valid medical certificate is provided.
- Inclement weather will result in either a wet weather lesson (indoors) or a reschedule.
- Catch-up lessons, when issued, will take place during the school holidays of that term.
General
- All compensation (refunds/catch-up) must be approved by Tennis Tasmania finance.
