Clay and grass court exercises
![GRASS - DROP JUMP TO TENNIS SPLIT: 1) Stand on a box approximately 20–30 cm high (box height can vary depending on age, body size, skill level and training experience); 2) Step off (rather than jump) the box performing an explosive jump immediately upon touching the ground. Stiff legs and short contact time; 3) Just prior to landing from the explosive jump, a ball is fed right or left to the player, who in turn must perform a dynamic split step to re-act (pictured); 4) Complete three sets of four feeds.
