Australia’s Junior Davis Cup and Fed Cup teams have won through to the semifinals of the World Finals in Mexico after topping their round-robin groups.
The Junior Davis Cup squad, seeded sixth, upset the fourth-seeded United States 2-1 to progress to the final four, where they will meet the second-seeded Korean team.
Meanwhile, Australia’s second-seeded girls beat No.8 seeds Brazil 2-1, setting up a semifinal clash against the third-seeded United States.
