The Waverley Warriors will be looking to grow their already formidable supporter base in 2013 with another strong showing in the competition.
The Warriors have again been granted a licence in both the men’s and women’s Vic conferences as they look to continue to build and create a Warriors aura within their local tennis community.
The Warriors men’s team were ultra competitive in 2012 and have been bolstered by the inclusion of Sam Dowler.
The Warriors men’s team have one thing and that is depth of quality in the team. Dowler combined with Aaron Leeder Chard, Daniel Ferretti, Aaron Addison and Matthew Nickels means all rubbers will be fiercely contested in true Warrior style.
The Warriors women’s team has looked to the future with the recruitment of talented youth in a new look team to their 2012 outfit.
Noelleda Ah San heads the talented squad and combined with Jaide Collins and Gabriella Sprague will be looking to shake the competition up with their youthful exuberance and energy to take matches on.
The Waverley Warriors teams are embarking on an exciting journey on what will be undoubtedly a successful campaign, with an eye to the future also.
