The search continues for Australian tennis coach Paul Arber who has not been seen since Saturday night.

Arber was in Hamilton on New Zealand’s North Island with a group of children for a tennis tournament when he went missing.

The 179 cm 38-year-old was wearing a grey tracksuit with a tennis logo on the left breast of the top and a Wilson logo on the left shoulder.

Mr Arber, a director of Trademark Tennis, a coaching centre run from the Maccabi Tennis Club in Bentleigh, was last seen about 9pm (1900 AEDT) on Saturday as he walked along Grey Street. His wallet and keys have since been found on Cook Street.

Arber’s friends, family and the Australian tennis community are hoping that the former Kooyong Tennis Club captain and 2012 Victorian Jewish Tennis Champion is found safe.

Anybody who saw Mr Arber and can assist with the investigation is requested to call Hamilton police station on 07 858 6200 or anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
