Defending champions reach quarterfinals in mixed doubles
Defending Australian Open mixed doubles champions Jarmila Gajdosova and Matthew Ebden continued the quest to defend their title when they won through to the quarterfinals today at Melbourne Park.

Defending Australian Open mixed doubles champions Jarmila Gajdosova and Matthew Ebden continued the quest to defend their title when they won through to the quarterfinals today at Melbourne Park.
The Australian duo eliminated the seventh-seeded pairing of Kveta Peschke of the Czech Republic and Marcin Matkowski of Poland in a match tiebreak 4-6 6-3 [10-6].
Awaiting the Australians in the quarterfinals is the second-seeded combination of Slovakian Katarina Srebotnik and Indian Rohan Bopanna.
