Birrell and Mousley through to junior quarterfinals at Australian Open
Kimberly Birrell and Bradley Mousley have won through to the 2014 junior Australian Open quarterfinals after they both won in straight sets at Melbourne Park today.

Kimberly Birrell and Bradley Mousley have won through to the 2014 junior Australian Open quarterfinals after they both won in straight sets at Melbourne Park today.
Birrell, took an hour and 16 minutes to defeat Fiona Ferro from France 6-4 6-2, who she had lost to in the quarterfinal of the Traralgon International event last week. She will now take on the Russian 10th seed Anastasiya Komardina in the quarterfinal.
Mousley defeated Russia’s Artur Shakhnubaryan 6-1 7-5. The Adelaide junior smashed 12 aces en route to the victory which took just an hour and five minutes. Mousley’s quarterfinal opponent will be Kamil Majchrzak from Poland.
