Australia will have representatives in the quarterfinals of the singles and semifinals of the doubles in both the boys’ and girls’ events on Day 11 of the 2014 Australian Open.

15-year-old Queenslander Kimberly Birrell will take on Russian 10th seed Anastasiya Komardina in her quarterfinal while Bradley Mousley clashes with Polish ninth seed, Kamil Majchrzak. Both matches will be on Show Court 3.

Later in the afternoon, Mousley will team-up with Austrian Lucas Meidler as they play their doubles semifinal against the Spanish pairing of Pedro Martinez Portero and Jaume Antoni Munar Clar.

Omar Jasika will also play in the other boys’ doubles semifinal with Polish partner Kamil Majchrzak. They take on the French duo of Quentin Halys and Johan Sebastien Tatlot.

In the girls’ doubles semifinal, the all-Aussie combination of Naiktha Bains and Olivia Tjandramulia go head-to-head with the second seeded Katie Boulter from Great Britain and Ivana Jorovic from Serbia.
