Alcott takes top honour at Victorian Sports Awards
Reigning Australian Open champion and quad wheelchair world No.1 Dylan Alcott was named Sportsperson of the Year at Wednesday night's Victorian Sports Awards.

Dylan Alcott has been named 2015 Sportsperson of the Year at the Victorian Sports Awards on Wednesday night.
The quad wheelchair world No.1 shared the honour with winning 2015 Melbourne Cup jockey Michelle Payne.
The award comes following a breakthrough year for the 25-year-old Alcott, who in 2015 won the Australian and US Open titles and regained the top ranking.
Alcott retained his Australian Open title with victory at Melbourne Park in 2016, his third major title.
