Matt Barton and Arina Rodionova on Thursday saw their qualifying campaigns come to an end at the US Open.
Barton, who recently qualified for the main draw at Wimbledon, fell 6-4 6-4 to Czech Jan Satral.
Later on Thursday, Rodionova went down 6-3 7-5 to China’s 19th seed Han Xinyun.
Their defeats leave no Australians remaining in the men’s and women’s qualifying draws at Flushing Meadows.
The main draw ceremony will be conducted at 11.30am (New York time) on Friday 26 August.
