Annerly Poulos has arrived in the final of the girls’ 14/u Australian Championships for the second straight year after semifinal opponent Krystal Clarke retired on Wednesday.

The second-seeded Poulos led the match at Melbourne Park 6-2 1-0 before Clarke, the No.4 seed, pulled out.

In the decider, Poulos – who lost last year’s 14/u final to Amber Marshall – will face top seed Olivia Gadecki, who stormed through her semifinal.

Gadecki beat Caitlyn Portela 6-0 6-1, meaning she is yet to drop a set in five matches this week.

In the boys’ semifinals, Edward Vo, seeded 15th, overcame No.14 seed Casey Hoole to take his place in the 14/u Australian Championships decider.

There he will face Chen Dong, after the seventh seed beat Kei Manaka 6-4 6-2 on Wednesday at Melbourne Park.
