Priscilla Hon is the 23rd seed in women’s qualifying at Wimbledon, which begins on Tuesday at Roehampton.

She is one of seven Australian women in the field, which this year has been expanded to 128 competitors.

Also in the draw are Ellen Perez, Kimberly Birrell, Arina Rodionova, Destanee Aiava, Zoe Hives and Kaylah McPhee.

DRAW: Wimbledon women’s singles

Hon opens against Ukraine’s Katarina Zavatska, and is the highest seed in her section of the draw after seventh seed Kristyna Pliskova was elevated to the Wimbledon main draw.

She is followed later on Court 5 by compatriots Perez and Birrell, who have tough opening-round draws in the form of No.8 seed Elena Rybakina and No.4 seed Misaki Doi respectively.

ORDER OF PLAY: Wimbledon qualifying Day 2, Tuesday 25 June

Should Birrell get past Doi, she could in the second round face Rodionova, who takes on Asia Muhammad first up.

Hives and Aiava could also meet in the second round; Hives has drawn No.2 seed Anna Blinkova in round one while Aiava is up against Italy’s Martina Di Giuseppe.

Aiava, Hives and Hon all play the first matches of the day on their respective courts, starting at 11am Tuesday local time (8pm AEST).

McPhee, meanwhile, takes on British wildcard Maia Lumsden.
