Course: A Safer Game Plan (Clubs & Coaches)

Office of Children’s Guardian – Introduction to the Ten Child Safe Standards

Who is this webinar designed for: Anyone who works or volunteers with children in the sport and recreation sector, especially those who are yet to begin working on the 10 Child Safe Standards or are unsure where to start. This is an introductory session so assumes no prior knowledge of the standards.

What will you learn: These sessions are designed in particular for people who haven’t yet heard about the standards or are just starting out on improving child safety. This is the perfect jumping on point for those who haven’t managed to make a start. There will also be time for some Q&A so if anyone has questions there’ll be a chance to ask them. The webinar will focus on what resources are available (eLearning, templates…). By the end of the session you will understand what you need to do, have an idea of where to start and where to go if you need help.
