Tennis NSW has made two new appointments to its Board of Directors.
After receiving a number of high calibre expressions of interest Tennis NSW went through a thorough process which ultimately led to the recent appointment of Lindi-May Lochner and Bernadette McLoughlin.
An enthusiastic tennis player, Lindi holds undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in accounting, is a Chartered Accountant and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Lindi works as a Finance Executive and Company Secretary for Malabar Resources Limited, an Australian-owned resources entity based in the Hunter Valley of NSW.
Lindi brings over 15 years’ experience across a range of industries, countries and complex organisations including mining, manufacturing, not for profit organisations, childcare and professional services. Lindi is also currently the Finance Executive and Public Officer for The Australian Rhino Project, a not-for-profit organisation that’s mission is to protect African rhinoceros from extinction.
Bernadette is a General Manager with Tabcorp and has over 30 years of successful experience in operations, customer experience and compliance. A Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors she has been recognised consistently for performance excellence and contributions to success in the Racing and Wagering entertainment industry.
Bernadette will bring experience in business planning, leadership, critical thinking, governance and stakeholder relationships.
Tennis NSW President Melissa Achten congratulated the new Directors on their appointments.
