We are writing with an important update on the Tennis Australia National Insurance Program, which covers you as an affiliate of Tennis NSW.
Tennis Australia has recently announced that the National Insurance Program will no longer be managed by Marsh Insurance and will now be managed by Howden Group.
The only impact of this change on you is that any queries relating to your tennis insurance, including how to make a claim, should now be directed to Howden via email at [email protected] or call 1300 219 461. To confirm, there is no change to the level or scope of the coverage under the insurance policy you hold, the only thing that is changing is who you should contact if you have a query.

Tennis NSW is finalising arrangements with Howden to enable members to access their 2024/2025 certificate of currency. Further information will be provided around this in due course, and well in advance of 30 June.
As a reminder, before you will be able to access your 2024/2025 certificate of currency you must first have completed the compulsory steps of your Tennis NSW membership renewal, including completing your membership renewal form (and uploading your WWCC verification register) and paying your Tennis NSW membership invoice.
