Tournament top seed Ben Lye has won the boys 12 & under singles at the Silver OJT tournament, the 2011 Seaside Junior Series #1 in South Australia.

Competing in his first tournament for 2011, 12 year old Lye dropped just 12 games on his way to claiming victory over second seed Andrew Citti 6-1 6-1.

Lye also teamed with South Australian Sam May to claim victory in the boys 12 & under doubles with a 7-5 6-1 win over Jonathan Babich and Arish Kanga.

Lye is currently sitting at his highest Australian Ranking of 691 which is expected to rise after his latest victory. Lye is currently the 11th highest ranked 12 & under in Australia.
