Tennis fans in Alice Springs are invited to feel like Grand Slam champions and have their photo taken with the Australian Open Trophies, the Norman Brookes Challenge Cup (men’s trophy) and the Daphne Akhurst Memorial Cup (women’s trophy).

Where: Tennis Alice Springs, Traeger Avenue
Photos will be loaded onto the website for viewing.
Children who attend the public viewing will also have the chance to pick up a racquet and play MLC Tennis Hot Shots, Tennis Australia’s kids’ starter program.
Following Alice Springs the trophies will head to Perth and the Victorian Surf Coast before returning to Melbourne Park for the Australian Open 2012.
The Australian Open Trophy Tour coincides with the Alice Springs Open (18-20 Nov) an AMT-Silver and OJT-White 14/U.
