The Gove Peninsula Tennis Club recently hosted the Minister for Sport and Recreation, Mr Karl Hampton MLA.

On hand to greet Mr Hampton was Gove Peninsula Tennis Club President Paul Mery, Vice-President Michael Higgins along with Tennis Gove Manager/Head Coach Nicky Mayer and local Member for Nhulunbuy Lynne Walker MLA. 

The Club was proud to show off their recent spoils from the 2011 Newcombe Medal – Australian Tennis Awards receiving the Most Outstanding Tennis Community and Club of the Year Award at the Tennis NT Presentation Dinner.
