He may never have been to Alice Springs but World number four, Andy Murray (GBR) will be playing for Alice Springs at the Australian Open 2014.
Alice Springs finished seventh on the Top Tennis Towns leader board for the AO Blitz, an interactive online competition that invites individuals, schools and clubs to take on a series of fun challenges and win great prizes. The town with the winning Men’s and Women’s Champions will receive a community party for the entire town, while the leading point’s earner from the town will receive a $10,000 ANZ Access Advantage Account.
