Nominations for the 2014 Newcombe Medal, Australian Tennis Awards are now open !

The Awards celebrate and recognise the performances, achievements and contributions by members of the tennis family each year. The award categories include:

> Coaching Excellence – Talent Development
> Coaching Excellence – Club
> Coaching Excellence – ANZ Tennis Hot Shots
> Junior Athlete of the Year
> Most Outstanding Athlete with a Disability
> Most Outstanding Community
> Volunteer Achievement Award
> Most Outstanding 35+ Tennis Senior
> Excellence in Officiating
> Most Outstanding Club
> Most Outstanding Australian Ranking Tournament
> Most Outstanding Professional Tournament
> Most Outstanding School

Nominations close Wednesday 1 October and will only be accepted via the online nominations portal.

Held in the Palladium Ballroom at Melbourne’s Crown Entertainment Complex, the Newcombe Medal, Australian Tennis Awards presents a unique opportunity to celebrate the year in tennis with legends of the past and the greats of today.

Guests are invited to walk the blue carpet before enjoying a three course menu followed by entertainment.
