Participants in the School Sport Australia 12 Years & under Tennis Championships got to meet Australian tennis legend Todd Woodbridge, during the Bruce Cup.
Woodbridge met with the next generation of Aussie tennis stars during his visit to Darwin. Woodbridge, who once represented NSW in 1983 and 1984, said he was pleased to see the Bruce Cup tradition continue.
“I’m thrilled to be here and meet these kids competing in what was a memorable tournament for me” he said. “The Bruce Cup is a great experience for juniors, and the emphasis on creating a strong team environment really helps players later on in their careers”
