NOTICE OF MEETING OF MEMBERS OF TENNIS NT INCORPORATED 

ABN 58 257 241 220

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of Tennis NT Incorporated ABN 58 257 220 will be held at the Darwin International Tennis Centre, on the 16th day of November at 11:00am.

BUSINESS
The order of business for the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING is as follows:
1. Opening remarks from the President and the CEO;
2. The endorsement of the previous ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING minutes as an accurate record of that meeting;
3. Presentation of the Annual Report, including consideration of the accounts and reports of the Board;
4. The election of Directors;
5. Decision on Special Resolutions to amend The Constitution; and
6. Any other general business for which notice has been given.

Optional attendance for our members delegates and club committees – a great opportunity to get together in person.

9am – 4pm. Morning: Pickleball & Pop Tennis Training & lunch. Afternoon: Networking and round-table discussion between member club committees, coach operators, and Tennis NT staff. Topics to be confirmed with Member Delegates.

 

SATURDAY 16th NOVEMBER:

• 11am Tennis NT Annual General Meeting at Darwin International Tennis Centre in Marrara.
• Approx. 12noon *Annual Industry Workshop (agenda below) – finish by 230pm at Darwin International Tennis Centre in Marrara.
• 630pm Awards Night at the Darwin Turf Club in Fannie Bay.
