Stages of The Review
The Review includes multiple stages of stakeholder consultations to guarantee that recommendations will be guided by what the QLD tennis community thinks as a collective. The Review is led by a Project Group and guided by the TQ Match Play Committee, a sub-committee of the TQ Board. It is conducted in 4 phases:
- Initial consultation / Idea collection – complete
- Initial findings – complete
- Trial of prototype UTR events – complete
- consultation phases with all stakeholder groups in all TQ regions (incl. coaches, club volunteers, players, parents, competition deliverers and tournament directors, officials), 1 on 1 interviews and extensive online survey – complete
- Draft report and findings – complete
- Implementation phase – commenced
