Six lucky Gold Coast players are now on their way to tennis excellence after winning a free term of coaching (valued at $160). 

Players simply had to email the Gold Coast region Community Tennis Officer in 25 words or less why they would like to win the prize.  Winners were drawn randomly at the Gold Coast Regional Assembly meeting.

One of the winning entries read “My serves really suck! I double fault, lose confidence and drop the match. Mum is also not working & pulled me from lessons for a term” and another said “I would like to win the free coaching because I need lots of practise to become a pro.  I will never give up and I will keep chasing everything.”
