Mark Richards (above – Concordia College) and Andjela Djokovic (QLD Academy S.M.T) have won the 2012 Queensland Secondary Schools State Championships (Pizzey Cup).
The tournament (which concluded Sunday), saw over 44 boys and 44 girls from 11 different regions battle it out for an individual place in the Queensland Secondary Schools team. Regions also played each other throughout the week, with the overall winning teams being Metropolitan West (girls) and South Coast (boys).
