Congratulations to the below clubs for their success in applying for Grants to fund tennis projects! If you are interested in looking into grants and applying for funding in your local area for your tennis club, please contact your local Tennis Queensland Community Tennis Officer

Sport & Rec – Get in the Game Infrastructure Grants:

  • Gympie Cooloola Veterans ($100k for court upgrades – probably new synthetic grass surfacing)
  • Kandanga TC ($9,568 for lighting upgrades)
  • Richmond TC ($67,165 to upgrade their courts)

Gambling Community Benefit Fund Grants:

  • Ingham Tennis Association ($20,822 for fencing replacements)
  • Palm Beach Pastime Club ($24,359 for resurfacing one court with new synthetic grass)
  • Pimpama Island Sports Association ($1,375 for installation of bench seating – possibly to the umpires chair bases)
  • Tannum Sands Tennis Association ($18,182 for the installation of shade structures)

Reef Hotel Casino Community Benefit Fund Grants:

(Only available to clubs in Far North Qld)

  • Mareeba Tennis Club ($10,774 to upgrade lights – lamps and capacitors)
  • Mission Beach Tennis Club ($7,000 to fit-out their new Clubhouse)
