Tennis Townsville welcomed the 2013 State Primary Tennis Championships yesterday with nearly 100 juniors descending on Townsville.   This competition has a great tradition & history with the likes of Ashleigh Barty, Sarah Tomic & J P Smith having all played in the event as Juniors.

Elia Hill & Sam Bradshaw from Tennis Queensland were in attendance for a great opening ceremony where all the players were presented with a local school band performing as well.

The event is on until Sunday 4th August at Tennis Townsville so get down there to see some top tennis & show your support.
