23 September 2013 | Tennis Queensland

Super 10s has made an explosive return to Queensland for the final series of 2013. Following unprecedented success in its first full year, we look forward to finishing with a bang.

In an exciting move, the Super 10s will now be held in conjunction with the Asia-Pacific Tennis League, taking players not only to Brisbane, but Kawana and Toowoomba also. Super 10s athletes will have the opportunity to rub shoulders with some of Queensland and Australia’s best; boasting names such as John Millman, James Duckworth and of course, Patrick Rafter.

In a ‘travelling festival of team tennis’, both events will be hosted at one location. Super 10s will start the day with the Asia-Pacific Tennis League following in the afternoon. Festivities in and around these events will include opportunities for the Super 10s players to jump on court with an ATL star, sit court side during ATL pool matches, parent information sessions, competitions and prize giveaways (just to name a few).

Tennis Australia Project Talent will be hosting a ‘Challenge Day’ on November 3rd at the Queensland Tennis Centre, during which athletes will participate in shortened competitive match play. Following on from the Challenge Day, teams will be selected to participate in the series. Simply complete the consent form and information sheet and return to [email protected] to confirm your place at the challenge day.
