25 September 2013 | Tennis Queensland

The AO Blitz will arrive in Brisbane from this Sunday 29 September to Tuesday 1 October in search for the region’s fastest serve.

If you have what it takes to serve fastest on the day, come along to win an opportunity to clock your speed on Rod Laver Arena during Australian Open 2013.

The AO Blitz is the largest participation drive in Australian tennis history, and offers both experienced players and those who have never picked up a racquet the chance to win major prizes and have an Australian Open 2014 player represent their local town.

The AO Blitz is comprised of two parts – free community tennis days and an online interactive competition at www.aoblitz.com.au (commencing this October).

Between now and January the AO Blitz will travel around the country, encouraging Australians of all ages to pick up a racquet and play to earn points for their town and win prizes.
