CALL FOR BOARD NOMINATIONS 

Please be advised that elections will be held for the following board positions at the upcoming Tennis Queensland (TQ) Annual General Meeting, to be held on Saturday 9^th November 2013 at the Queensland Tennis Centre –

·       President (three year term)

·       Director (three year term)

Nominees are required to attach a Curriculum Vitae (CV) and a cover letter which outlines the nominee’s background skills and experience, as well as their involvement in the sport of tennis. The cover letter and CV must be lodged together with this nomination form. Nominations forms are below.

The completed nomination form, CV and cover letter must be received no later than 5pm Wednesday 16th October 2013, either by email, postal or hand delivered, and be addressed to the Returning Officer, Cameron Pearson (TQ Chief Executive Officer).
