15 Queensland teams (5 Women & 10 Men) have been selected to compete in the annual Australian Teams Carnival and Individual Championships for 35+ Seniors at Hobart from 12 to 24 January.

First week is the Teams event which consists of teams from all States in the following age groups:

• Men & Women 35-49 years
• 50-59 years
• 60-69 years
• 70-74 years
• 75+ years

Teams from each age group play a round robin format over the first week and points are awarded for each match. The state with the best overall Team Result from all their teams will be awarded the perpetual Trophy Award for the Premier Division in that particular year.

Second week is for the Individual 35+ Seniors Australian Championships. Players compete in 5- year age brackets in Singles, Doubles, Combined Doubles and Mixed Doubles.

2014 ITF Seniors World Championships for men & women 35 to 55 will compete in Florida USA from 21-26 April for teams event and from 27 April to 4 May for Individual events.

2014 ITF Super-Seniors Championships for men & women 60 to 80 and men 85 will be held in Antalya TURKEY from 13 to 18 October for teams event and from 19 to 26 October for Individual events.

Players must compete in the Australian Tennis Seniors Championships to be eligible to nominate for selection in a representative 2014 Senior/Super Senior ITF Cup team. Applications must be made via the internet on www.92computing.com.au/teamsnomination.htm.

Nominations for ITF Senior Cup teams close on Friday 11 October 2013 and for ITF Super-Senior Cup teams close on Friday 14 March 2014 and can only be made ONLINE via this website.
