The Brisbane International Schools Challenge is a mixed team competition for Queensland primary schools. Each school had the opportunity to nominate a team at regional events throughout the state.

209 teams participated in the competition state wide with 20 teams earning a position at the state final.

Winners of each tie in the green ball event were then invited to compete at the Queensland Tennis Centre for the state final during the Brisbane International 2014 presented by Suncorp.

The teams had the chance to rub shoulders with the world’s elite tennis players and played side by side to courts featuring stars of the game such as Roger Federer.
