Morningside Tennis and Gear in conjunction with the Australian Sport Commission’s Active After School Communities program recently hosted a Tennis Fun Fest and Open Day that featured over 100 kids.

The kids were treated to many different MLC Hot Shots skills and drills, footwork, various tennis strokes as well as game play and a kids zone. Morningside Tennis & Gear provided over 10 professional tennis coaches to support the kids on the day.

All of the participants in attendance had a great day and the Tennis & Gear coaches provided a very positive and fun filled introduction to Tennis. All of the kids left with a show bag, a big smile and a new appreciation for the great sport of Tennis.
