Gordonvale held the 3rd Medibank JDS event in the Far North region. With bad weather all week it looked gloomy but the weather for the weekend was great.
87 total players turned up for te event and everyone played with great sportmanship. With a shortened version for alot of the events due to such high numbers players and parents were very cooperative and made the event as good as it was.

The JDS Medibank award was awarded to Ash Grant for the sportmanship and personality he showed on and off the court through out the day.
