The Active After-school Communities group from Noosa Christian College wrapped up an eight week Community Play pilot program with a fun tennis day at the Cooroy Tennis Club on Wednesday afternoon.
Head coach Rob Schmitt at the Cooroy Tennis club has overseen the program as the coach and helped put on a great day of tennis activities. The participants participated in a fastest serve contest using the speed serve machine, multiple games on hot shots courts, and even had a contest for kids who had the most steps for the session using pedometers.
To cap it off, a sausage sizzle was put on by club members including the club president helping man the grille.
