Following review of the 2014 host venue survey as well as using feedback provided at the MJDS Open Forum, the Sunshine Coast Junior Tennis Committee has finalized the 2015 MJDS EOI along with the criteria required to host an event in 2015.
Upon review of these documents, clubs must submit an EOI if they are interested in hosting an event in 2015, regardless if you hosted in 2014. DEADLINE TO SUBMIT- COB on 10 October 2014.
Once EOI’s have been received by the region, the Junior committee will finalize host venues and work with tennis Queensland to set dates for next year’s events.
As a reminder, clubs and operators should collaborate together (where applicable) and only submit one EOI on the clubs behalf. There should only be one direct point of contact for each venue should the committee require additional information after submittal.
