Call for Board Nominations TQ Elections 2014
TREASURER nomination form 2014
Please be advised that elections will be held for the following board positions at the upcoming Tennis Queensland (TQ) Annual General Meeting, to be held on Saturday 22nd November 2014 –
- Treasurer (three year term)
- Director (three year term)
Nominees are required to attach a Curriculum Vitae (CV) and a cover letter which outlines the nominee’s background skills and experience, as well as their involvement in the sport of tennis. The cover letter and CV must be lodged together with this nomination form. Nominations forms are enclosed, and can also be downloaded from www.tennis.com.au/qld.
The completed nomination form, CV and cover letter must be received no later than 5pm Monday 27th October 2014, either by email, postal or hand delivered, and be addressed to the Returning Officer (TQ Chief Executive Officer).
