Please be advised that an election will be held for the position of President at the Tennis Queensland (TQ) General Meeting to be held on Saturday 14 March 2015.

The duties of President are currently being discharged by a board appointee until the aforementioned election is concluded, and the term of any newly elected President will be until the November 2016 AGM as per the current Tennis Queensland Constitution. The vacancy was created by immediate past President, Ken Laffey’s election to the Tennis Australia Board.

Nominees are required to attach a Curriculum Vitae (CV) and a cover letter which outlines the nominee’s background, skills and experience, as well as their involvement in the sport of tennis. The cover letter and CV must be lodged together with this nomination form.

The completed nomination form, CV and cover letter must be received no later than 5pm Monday 26 January 2015 either by email, postal or hand delivered, and be addressed to the Returning Officer (TQ Chief Executive Officer).
