The Gap Health and Racquet Club hosted a highly successful Hot Shots Challenge over the weekend which enticed over 50 Hot Shots players to come out and take part.
The day kicked off with early morning Red Ball which involved around 15 competitors. The young kids loved the challenge of playing some real miniature matches against their friends. Red ball was completed as the rain clouds began to close in.
About 25 Orange Ball competitors followed the smaller kids which included some doubles and umpiring duties. Unfortunately, Orange and Green ball was washed out with the weather so the competitors came back the following Sunday to complete the remaining Orange and Green ball matches.
It was a fun dual weekend of Hot Shots Tennis. Congratulations to all participants and a big thank you to the staff at the Gap Health and Racquet Club for running a fantastic event.
