Nominations for the 2015 Queensland Tennis Awards, which celebrate and recognise the performances, achievements and contributions made by members of the Queensland tennis family each year are now open.
Members of the public are invited to nominate people they believe have made a significant contribution to the sport in the following 10 categories:
- Excellence in Officiating
- Geoffrey E Griffith Volunteer of the Year
- Most Outstanding School
- Coaching Excellence – ANZ Tennis Hot Shots
- Coaching Excellence – Club
- Coaching Excellence – Talent Development
- Most Outstanding Athlete with a Disability
- Most Outstanding Senior 35+
- Most Outstanding Tournament
- Queensland Club of the Year
To submit a nomination complete the Award Nomination Form Cover Sheet, address the relevant selection criteria and return to Tennis Queensland by 11:59 AEST Sunday 6 September 2015.
Winners will be announced at the 2015 Queensland Tennis Awards on Saturday 7 November 2015 at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. Tickets go on sale in September.
